We are delighted to announce that our new Oyster Bar opened in September.
As well as serving the finest native handpicked Scottish oysters we have a beautiful display of shellfish along with cured and smoked fish to whet the appetite. All sourced locally, you can now enjoy the finest seafood Scotland has to offer at Palomino’s.
Why not try our Trio of Smoked Salmon that includes Hendricks gin oak smoked salmon, hot smoked salmon with beetroot and dill cured smoked salmon gravlax or sample our Seafood Salad with Italian Marinade, a medley of Scottish seafood marinated with our sun blush tomato, olives, garlic and citrus juice finished with first pressed extra virgin olive oil and fresh parsley, topped on crisp salad leaves.
