The Pony Club is an international voluntary youth organisation for young people interested in ponies and riding.
Centre Membership allows the opportunity for children who do not own a pony and ride at riding schools, to progress their riding and pony care knowledge through The Pony Club training structure.
All our instructors are qualified or very experienced people who have access to one of the finest Youth Training Organisations in the world. In fact the Pony Club is the fourth largest Youth Organisation in the United Kingdom. Our instructors are regularly briefed on the latest regulations and attend accreditation days.
To encourage young people to ride and learn to enjoy all kinds of sport connected with horses and ponies.
To provide instruction in riding and horsemanship and to in still in Members the proper care of ponies.
To promote the highest ideals of sportsmanship, citizenship and loyalty, thereby cultivating strength of character and self-discipline.
The Pony Club Training structure encourages Members to take badges and tests which enable them to learn progressively about horse and pony care and riding. The tests are taken at recommended ages and are designed with certain objects in mind.
